  • Q. How long is your production time?
    A. This time of year the elves at the North pole need a little extra time to make your custom-made order perfect! Production time, on average, can take between 4-10 days*, and shipping 2-7 business days. Please, keep in mind that during the holiday season and high volume periods, production times of your custom-made order may be slower than the average.
  • Q. What’s the cut off day for Christmas delivery?
    A. The cut-off date depends on the delivery destination (international versus domestic). Standard international shipping: November 23, 2020 Standard U.S. domestic shipping: November 30, 2020 Express U.S. domestic shipping: December 1, 2020 Please keep in mind that these dates are recommendations and not guarantees, given the unpredictable effects of the global pandemic on production and shipping.
  • Q. Can you rush production time?
    A. Because your order is custom-made and not mass produced or sitting on a warehouse shelf, we are unable to rush production time. We will always do our best to print your order as quickly as we can, while still allowing adequate time to ensure a quality product reaches you.
  • Q. Can you rush shipping time?
    A. We work hard to make sure your order will be on time. Unfortunately, most shipping companies work from their existing holiday processing schedules, so we suggest you place your order by the recommended cut-off dates listed above if delivery by Christmas is important to you. Shipping can always be affected by severe weather, flight delays, increased volumes, and our current global pandemic.
  • Q. Do you do custom orders?
    A. The short answer is yes. If you don’t see the size, color, or product option in the Foggy Road Designs print that you like, send us an email to and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
  • Q. Does Foggy Road Designs ship to countries outside of the United States?
    A. We are not shipping outside the lower 48 at this time. We do plan on this being an option in 2021, so please check back or follow us on facebook and Instagram for updates.
  • Q. There is something wrong with my order… what should I do?
    A. First off, our apologies! Despite our best efforts, we’re aware that some issues will occasionally occur. Please send us an email to with as much information as possible, including your order number and photographs or a description of the problem. We’ll always do our best to make it right for you.
