SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy: Each of our custom printers has been carefully chosen to provide Foggy Road Designs customers with the highest level of quality. Because we sometimes use different printers for different products, there may be multiple delivery dates and packages in one order. Each item you order is custom-made; we do not mass-produce our items to be shipped from a warehouse. This can result at times in additional shipping costs or slower delivery. We will make every effort to get you your order as quickly as possible.

 

We appreciate your understanding and patients when ordering and waiting for your custom-made items from Foggy Road Designs to arrive.

 

Shipping:

Shipping: We offer ground shipping within the Lower 48 states. Orders with multiple items may arrive at different times. 

 

Estimated shipping delivery times: 

Due to the unpredictable nature of the global pandemic and it's effects on our fulfillment and shipping, some items may take longer then expected.   

USA:  7-17 business days 

It typically takes 2-10 business days for fulfillment and then an additional 2-7 business days for shipping. Estimated delivery dates are generally accurate but not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and support of a small business. 

Delivery:

If no one is home to accept the package, it is FedEx, UPS and USPS policy to leave the package at the door. By placing this order with us, you accept responsibility for packages delivered at the door in the event a package is missing when you get home.

 

International shipping: 

As of 4/1/22 Foggy Road Designs items are unavailable for purchase and shipping outside the lower 48 states (and D.C.)

Foggy Road Designs will be launching items for international purchase and shipping in 2021.

 

Order never arrived:

First, check your shipping confirmation to see if you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct and the order not received, get in touch with us at info@foggyroaddesigns.com. Please note that it will be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Because Foggy Road Designs is a small business and your orders are custom-made just for you, please take time to review and check your orders carefully before placing any order.
 
ALL CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY AND JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL  We pass the savings of not occupying a brick and mortar store or mass producing and stocking items in a warehouse on to you, as reflected in our prices. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size, as sizing charts are provided on each of the product pages. 
Once you have submitted your photography order, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order.
However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.
 
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery! 
Please do not send your purchase back until you receive confirmation from Foggy Road Designs that your product is eligible for return. 
If one of our products reaches you and is damaged, has a misprint or does not meet your expectations, we welcome your feedback, so we can maintain customer satisfaction.    
Your claim will need to be received within 7 days of delivery and will be reviewed within 30 days.
Please provide your contact information, proof of purchase and photographic evidence of defect of damage.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged at delivery.
Items that qualify for exchange will only be replaced with the same original item ordered. No changes to style, color, size, print or financial refund will be made. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Your claim will need to be received within 7 days of delivery and will be reviewed within 30 days.
Please provide your contact information, proof of purchase and photographic evidence of defect of damage. Send your exchange request email to us at info@foggyroaddesigns.com
You will be responsible for shipping costs of the defective or damaged items that are approved for exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 
Return Shipping:
To return an approved exchange product, mail your defective or damaged product to
321 High School Road NE Ste. D3 #135, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
